All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />VIII. OLD BUSINESS (Continued) <br />2. Mr. Richard S. Carlson & Assoc. Request for Reduction of Letter of Credit <br />nd <br />(Hunters Crossing 2 Addition) <br />Mr. Larson stated the development agreement provides for a letter of credit for completed <br />items. He added some items were not completed; therefore, the numbers were adjusted <br />and agreed upon with the developer. <br />Mr. Peterson stated he is comfortable with the credit amount. <br />Mayor Capra asked what is the actual dollar amount. Mr. Peterson replied $135,450.00. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve Mr. <br />Richard S. Carlson & Assoc., request for reduction of letter of credit as presented. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES <br />1.City Administrator, Mr. Dallas Larson <br />Mr. Larson stated a Rice Creek permit has been submitted for the backage road. There is <br />a list requesting items to be done, whereby, one is soil borings in the amount of $1980, <br />which dollars were previously authorized to covers this. He added they would like to do <br />borings before the ground freezes. <br />Mayor Capra asked about a time frame. Mr. Larson replied hopefully by the end of the <br />year. He added if Council wants to authorize up to an additional $15,000 the rest could <br />be completed and the City would be able to recover these costs. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso to approve an <br />additional $15,000 in expenditures as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />2. 1601 LaMotte Drive – (Update) <br />Mr. Larson stated at the last meeting Council authorized the submittal of a purchase <br />agreement. The check was sent back noting they gave the City their price and that there <br />were items in the agreement they did not like, such as the deed.
