City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />October 12, 2005 <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />Sedona Homes (Centerville Office Park) comprehensive sign plan as presented. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council Member Lakso asked if there would be a sign stating the management contact <br />information. Sedona representative replied any tenant could provide this information. <br />IX. September 28, 2005 City Council Meeting Minutes <br />th <br />Mayor Capra requested the following changes: On page 3 of 9, 12 paragraph, change <br />th <br />do to does. On page 5 of 9, 5 paragraph, change the Mayor to a Council Member. On <br />th <br />page 6 of 9, paragraph 2, add these between allowing and docks. On page 8 of 9, 15 <br />paragraph, change EDA to EDC. <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve the <br />September 28, 2005 City Council Meeting Minutes as amended.
