The letter addresses sanitary
flow from the Center Hills Third Addition to the lift station on
Peltier Lake Drive; and drainage culverts under 73rd Avenue
versus regional dentenion on the Acorn Creek property; upgrade of
Mill Road; and Acorn Creek First Addition Schedule and Conflicts.
Each section addresses appropriate work to be accomplished and
estimate escrow fees to be required of the developer.

A copy of this letter is on file with the Clerk/Administrator.

Susan Weatherhead, 7194 Clear Ridge, expressed concern regarding
the trees along the creek area.

John Stewart, City Engineer, noted that to place the sewer and
water main through the Acorn Creek property to facilitate the
Center Hills, Third Addition in the format approved by City
Council at the August 12, 1992 City Council meeting, it would
require a Rice Creek Watershed District permit. The reasoning
being is that the piping would follow along the creek area. Also
in order to do ossie a permit the Rice Creek Watershed District
would require a grading plan of the entire development.

The Clerk/Administrator advised the change order to run sewer and
water mains across the proposed Acorn Creek property to
facilitate the Center Hills, Third Addition is not allowable by
State Statue. This was discovered upon further investigation of
the issue, thus the project would need to be bid out.
