Council member Burgstahler further stated <br />he would be willing to consider the variance except for the fact <br />that this request does not meet the four criteria for granting a <br />variance which are requirements of Ordinance #4. <br /> <br />Council member Dario stated he <br />sized garage since there are <br />this property. <br /> <br />has no problem with this over <br />garages like this on both sides of <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Siebenaler indicated that the property <br />located at 7181 West Robin Lane, in addition to having an over <br />sized garage, the resident is constructing a 8 x 10 accessory <br />building on an under sized lot. Clerk/Administrator Siebenaler <br />requested Council direction concerning whether the Building <br />Inspector should allow continued construction of the accessory <br />building at 7181 West Robin Lane. <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber requested that the City Council consider <br />directing the Planning and Zoning Commission to look into <br />allowing only one accessory building on a property. <br /> <br />Council melnber Burgstahler reiterated his recommendation to refer <br />this variance back to the Planning and Zoning COmlnission for <br />further review and recomlnendation. <br /> <br />Council member Pelton recommended that the City Council be <br />diligent in preserving green space in the City.
