<br />-, <br />~;:~. <br /> <br />City Council Meeting Minut,88 <br />December 21, 1992 <br />page three <br /> <br />Council member Burgstahler further stated he would like this <br />variance sent back to the Planning and Zoning Commission for <br />further consideration, since he does not see a lot of complaints <br />from neighbors and in fact the neighbors may not care if the <br />garage is constructed. Council member Burgstahler further stated <br />he would be willing to consider the variance except for the fact <br />that this request does not meet the four criteria for granting a <br />variance which are requirements of Ordinance #4. <br /> <br />Council member Dario stated he <br />sized garage since there are <br />this property. <br /> <br />has no problem with this over <br />garages like this on both sides of <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Siebenaler indicated that the property <br />located at 7181 West Robin Lane, in addition to having an over <br />sized garage, the resident is constructing a 8 x 10 accessory <br />building on an under sized lot. Clerk/Administrator Siebenaler <br />requested Council direction concerning whether the Building <br />Inspector should allow continued construction of the accessory <br />building at 7181 West Robin Lane. <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber requested that the City Council consider <br />directing the Planning and Zoning Commission to look into <br />allowing only one accessory building on a property. <br /> <br />Council melnber Burgstahler reiterated his recommendation to refer <br />this variance back to the Planning and Zoning COmlnission for <br />further review and recomlnendation. <br /> <br />Council member Pelton recommended that the City Council be <br />diligent in preserving green space in the City. Council member <br />Pelton further recomn1ended that the City Council deny this <br />variance, refer it back to the Planning and Zoning COmlnission and <br />refund the fee. <br /> <br />Council member elect Mary <br />Council should look into <br />district. <br /> <br />Jo Helmbrecht stated that the City <br />changing the Ordinance for this zoning <br /> <br />Council member elect Theresa Brenner also recommended that the <br />Council consider an amendment to Ordinance #4. <br /> <br />Council member Pelton stated <br />district which was created <br />manufactured homes, the City <br />legislation for this area. <br /> <br />that, since this is a special <br />by City Ordinance to allow <br />Council should consider special <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council member Pelton to table the variance <br />
