<br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />August 12, 1992 <br />page three <br /> <br />new City Council. <br /> <br />The following audience members chose to comment on this issue: <br />Rod Hoheisel, 7193 Mound Trail, <br />Hal Leibel, 7185 Mound Trail, <br /> <br />Mr. Leibel advised that he would contact the City of Lino Lakes <br />and request assistance in the cost of the repair of the western <br />end of Mound Trail. <br /> <br />Mayor Buckbee noted if the City chose not to improve the last 650 <br />feet of Mound Trail at this time and the Lino Lakes residents <br />were to pursue monetary assistance from the City of Lino Lakes <br />for maintenance of said portion of the street possibly the City <br />Council could reconsider this improvement in 1993. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Dario to order improvement of <br />Mound Trail (except for the west 650 feet) by patch and overlay, <br />for a cost of $39,100.00, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second <br />Specifications for the above <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />by Dario to order the Plans and <br />Mound Trail Improvement, motion <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber requested that all future street <br />maintenance maps possibly include a legend of the history of <br />street reconstruction, such as the overlay, seal coating, etc. <br /> <br />Grace Stella, 1321 Mound Trail, advised the City <br />appreciates the nice road that Mound Trail is <br />that at the time she moved in it used to be mud <br />utilize. <br /> <br />Council that she <br />now.
