City Council Meeting Minutes August 12, 1992 page three new City Council. The following audience members chose to comment on this issue: Rod Hoheisel, 7193 Mound Trail, Hal Leibel, 7185 Mound Trail, Mr. Leibel advised that he would contact the City of Lino Lakes and request assistance in the cost of the repair of the western end of Mound Trail. Mayor Buckbee noted if the City chose not to improve the last 650 feet of Mound Trail at this time and the Lino Lakes residents were to pursue monetary assistance from the City of Lino Lakes for maintenance of said portion of the street possibly the City Council could reconsider this improvement in 1993. Motion by Wilharber, second by Dario to order improvement of Mound Trail (except for the west 650 feet) by patch and overlay, for a cost of $39,100.00, motion carried unanimously. Motion by Wilharber, second Specifications for the above carried unanimously. by Dario to order the Plans and Mound Trail Improvement, motion Council member Wilharber requested that all future street maintenance maps possibly include a legend of the history of street reconstruction, such as the overlay, seal coating, etc. Grace Stella, 1321 Mound Trail, advised the City appreciates the nice road that Mound Trail is that at the time she moved in it used to be mud utilize. NEW BUSINESS Acorn Creek - Proposed Develooment Sue McDermitt, City Engineer, was present to address questions and concerns regarding this proposed Acorn Creek development. It was noted that the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the proposed sketch plan with concerns regarding the determination of park dedication.
