Clerk/Adlninistrator Siebenaler stated that a purchase agreement has been drafted and signed by the Mayor and will be transmitted in the next day or two. No action by the Council was taken. 6. SURETY BOND AMENDMENT-DELETION OF REQUIREMENT (ORDINANCE #13) Motion was made by Council member ordinance amending Ordinance #13 by requirement.
