<br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />December 21, 1992 <br />page six <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council member Burgstahler to authorize staff <br />to contact Anoka County and give the background on the reason for <br />the relocation of the Wyne~s driveway, that it is due to the <br />construction of the new City Hall. He further moved that Gilbert <br />Construction be required to replace the gravel upon completion of <br />the Municipal Building project. Motion was seconded by Council <br />member Pelton and, upon vote, unanimously approved. <br /> <br />5. PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY PURCHASE OF LOT 7, BLOCK 1 L~ALLIER <br />ESTATES (7167 GRANGE VIEW). <br /> <br />Clerk/Adlninistrator Siebenaler stated that a purchase agreement <br />has been drafted and signed by the Mayor and will be transmitted <br />in the next day or two. <br /> <br />No action by the Council was taken. <br /> <br />6. SURETY BOND AMENDMENT-DELETION OF REQUIREMENT (ORDINANCE <br />#13) <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council member <br />ordinance amending Ordinance #13 by <br />requirement. Motion was seconded by <br />upon vote, unanimously approved. <br /> <br />Burgstahler to approve the <br />deleting the surety bond <br />Council member Pelton and, <br /> <br />7. LAKE SANITATION - THIRD PARTY AGREEMENT - FINAL APPROVAL. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council member Dario to authorize the Mayor <br />and Clerk/Administrator to enter into the Third Party Agreement <br />between Lake Sanitation, Metropolitan Council and the City of <br />Centerville. Motion was seconded by Council member Wilharber <br />and, upon vote, unanimously approved. <br /> <br />8. AUTHORIZATION FOR CONTINUATION OF PART TIME EMPLOYEE. <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber moved that the part <br />authorized as requested providing the funds <br />budget.
