Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber presented by Al Mjorud which would give a municipal facility by December 31, unanimously. to accept the time frame completion date of the 1992, motion carried Motion by Burgstahler, second by Wilharber to authorize the Mayor and City Staff utilizing the discretion of the Mayor for fees of the contract to enter into an appropriate interim agreement with Gilbert Construction to enable them to prepare a guaranteed maximum price for the proposed designed plan with the approval of the agreement by the City Attorney if such temporary contract is appropriate, motion carried unanimously. Motion by Burgstahler, second by Wilharber to authorize the Clerk/Administrator to set-up a City Council work session at a date when the majority of the City Council members can be present to discuss the financing of the municipal facility, motion carried unanimously. Motion by Burgstahler, second by Buckbee to authorize the Building Task Force and City Staff to issue a press release regarding the municipal facility, motion carried unanimously. Lake Sanitation Motion by Buckbee, second by Burgstahler to tabie discussion of the Lake Sanitation volume based proposal, motion carried unanimously. Consent Agenda Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton to approve the following Consent Agenda Items: ApDroval of a Continuous Temporarv 3.2 Beer Permit- July 9, - July 22, 1992 for the Waterworks Bar Approved. ApDroval of the 1993 North Central Cable BudQet motion carried unanimously. A copy of the 1993 North Central Cable Budget is on file with the Clerk/Administrator.
