He also <br />appeared concerned about a potential loss of control if a <br />permanent license were issued. <br /> <br />Council member Dario noted, to date Mr. DeFoe is keeping the area <br />clean and has received positive comments regarding the Waterworks <br />operations. <br /> <br />Floyd Laska, 1393 Mound Trail, was present at the meeting and <br />advised that he lives near the Waterworks Bar and has had no <br />problems. <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber <br />Beer Permits for the Waterworks Bar <br />1992, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council member Burgstahler arrived 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />to approve Temporary 3.2 <br />on June 25 through July 8, <br /> <br />Lake Sanitation <br />Lee LaBore attorney with LaBore and Giuliani, Ltd., was present <br />to represent Lake Sanitation. He advised that Lake Sanitation <br />would like to re-new their contract and continue their <br />relationship with the City of Centerville. He would like the <br />City of Centerville to consider the rate proposal presented by <br />Lake Sanitation at this meeting. <br /> <br />Mary Ayde, of Lake Sanitation, advised that with regard to <br />questions on colored plastic they have to cut back on the <br />recycling of the colored plastic due to the market. <br /> <br />Mayor Buckbee expressed concern that the proposal submitted to <br />the City Council by Lake Sanitation does address volume based <br />billing, but may also include a rate increase and he would like <br />to consider the issues separately. He advised that he would like <br />time to review the packet delivered tonight by Lake Sanitation <br />for those concerns. <br />
