<br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />June 8, 1992 <br />page five <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber suggested that <br />permanent fencing for the future and to get <br />consider how far out the fencing should be. <br /> <br />the <br />a cost <br /> <br />City look at <br />estimate and <br /> <br />Council member Dario agreed <br />felt that this issue is more <br />park equipment. <br /> <br />with Council member Wilharber and <br />pressing at this time due to the <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />James Steven's Contractin~ - Conditional Use Permit <br />Council member Burgstahler expressed concern that any granting of <br />a Special Use Permit be contingent upon fill storage on the west <br />side of the 20th Avenue South along Clear Water Creek be removed <br />in a defined time frame with silt fencing being installed prior <br />to removal. <br /> <br />John Stewart, City Engineer, was present to address concern <br />regarding the culvert under the presently proposed driveway. He <br />noted that the driveway if stays where it is currently, the <br />culvert would need to be enlarge. However, if the property owner <br />were to move the driveway to the south he would be able to keep <br />the culvert at it's existing size. If the driveway is not <br />enlarged or moved to the south it would be within the path of a <br />major drainage way for the City of Centerville. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton to table discussion of <br />the James Steven's Contracting request for a Conditional Use <br />Permit and direct the City Engineer to advise Jim Stevens <br />Contracting of the culvert issue, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Draina~e/Gradin~ Correction Lot 1. Block 3 - Peterson's Old <br />Homestead Addition <br />Council member Pelton volunteered to speak to Debra Nelson owner <br />of the Lot 1, Block 3 - Peterson's Old Homestead Addition to see <br />if the drainage/grading correction work that has been done to <br />date is acceptable. She will report back to the City Council. <br /> <br />Council member Pelton left at 9:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Lake Sanitation Volume Based Billin~ <br />Mary Ayde, Lake Sanitation, was unable to attend this meeting. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Center Hills, Third Addition - Plans and Specifications <br />John Stewart, City Engineer, was present to address this proposed <br />project. He advised that if the City were to wait another month <br />to order the Plans and Specifications, the City would not be able <br />to do the first lift of bituminous on the streets or the curb and <br />
