City Council Meeting Minutes May 13, 1992 Page eleven Motion by Buckbee, second by Dario to grant Rich DeFoe of the Waterworks Bar a 3.2 Beer Permit to begin May 14, 1992 and ending May 16, 1992 for the Waterworks ball field property; additional consecutive permits shall be contingent upon the City Attorney opinion that consecutive permits are in compliance to Ordinance #11 authorizing the issuance of Temporary Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses; the City Council shall review future consecutive licenses as placed on the City Council Consent Agenda; the Waterworks Bar shall contact the Circle Pines/Lexington Police Department prior to beginning the sale of the 3.2 beer; the Waterworks Bar shall control the trash in the area and that the control of the drinking shall be within the fenced area, AYE- Buckbee; AYE - Dario; AYE - Pelton; NAY - Wilharber, motion carried. He would like to have a gathering of his family and friends at Central Park to play softball. Mr. Reisdorfer requests that the permit be refundable should bad weather occur and they not be able to utilize the park. Motion by Pelton, second by Dario to approve the request of Neil Reisdorfer, 7176 Clear Ridge, to obtain a 3.2 beer permit for June 13, 1992 for a gathering of family friends at Central Park to play softball, the permit is refundable should the gathering be cancelled due to bad weather, motion carried unanimously. OLD BUSINESS Shardlow. DahlHren and Uban Authorization for Exhibit Preoaration and Amendment - Detachment/Annexation Hearin~ Motion by Pelton, second by Buckbee to approve the additional services cost estimated outlined in a letter dated May 8, 1992 from Dahlgren, Shard low and Uban for a cost not to exceed $1,360.00, motion carried unanimously. A copy of the letter dated May 8, 1992 from Dahlgren, Shardlow and Uban is on file with the Clerk/Administrator.
