<br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />May 13, 1992 <br />Page twelve <br /> <br />Storm Water Fee <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Dario to table discussion of the <br />proposed storm water fees, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Full Time Public Works Director <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber to approve the <br />recommendation of the Employee Review Board to authorize the <br />Review Board to offer an employment package to the top candidate <br />for the full time Public Works Director position to include <br />medical benefits and pay per hour not to exceed $14.25 per hour, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />Gradin~/Draina2e Lot x. Block x. Centerville Hei2ht/Debra <br />Nelson, Lot x, Block x, Peterson's Old Homestead Addition <br />It was noted that the City Engineer and the Builder were to meet <br />on the site tonight prior to the City Council meeting, the <br />builder was not present at the appointed time. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Personnel Ordinance Amendments <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Pelton to direct the City Council <br />members to review the proposed Personnel Ordinance Amendments and <br />that these shall be tabled until the May 27, 1992 City Council <br />meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Common Grounds <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Dario to appoint Council member Bob <br />Burgstahler to serve as representative of the City Council on the <br />Common Grounds Police Sub-committee; to appoint Council member <br />Tom Dario to serve as representative of the City Council on the <br />Common Ground Public Works Department Sub-committee; to appoint <br />Mayor John Buckbee, III as alternative to both the above <br />positions with regard to Common Grounds, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber to approve the following <br />Consent Agenda Items: <br />Newsletter <br />To approve the proposed City Newsletter to include any <br />comments, corrections or additions made by City Council <br />members in writing at the meeting. <br />D02 Ordinance Revision <br />To direct City Staff to draft a revised Dog Ordinance <br />to be review by City Council in the near future. <br />
