<br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 22, 1992 <br />Page Three <br /> <br />$2,300.00 to be escrowed with the City of Centerville <br />by Howard Bohanon; <br />drainage and grading correction to be completed with <br />sod restoration and three inches of top soil over the <br />fill to be restored within 20 days of Occupancy of Lot <br />1, Block 4 CenterviIle Heights; <br />and that the drainage/grading correction shall be <br />completed to the satisfaction of the City of <br />Centerville, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Architectural Contract Additions <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber to approve an addendum to <br />the previously agreed upon Architectural Contract with Mjorud <br />Architecture and the City of Centerville; <br />the amendment addresses additional billings rates and <br />shall be approved contingent upon the receipt and <br />approval of a cost estimate for architectural fees for <br />the pump house, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />A copy of the amendment is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />The City Council noted that several complaints had been received <br />regarding the proposed jet ski events on Centerville Lake. <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber noted that the City Council received an <br />unsigned letter and requested that residents do sign the letters <br />so that the City Council can take action. It is the City <br />Council's policy not to do so on anonymous complaints. <br /> <br />Council member Pelton noted that she has received complaints that <br />property owners are not containing their dogs. She also noted <br />that North St. Paul has a dog ordinance which requires the owners <br />to pick-up after the dogs. <br /> <br />The Clerk/Administrator <br />dog complaints are kept <br />unless the compliant <br />offender. <br /> <br />noted that the names of persons making <br />confidential, but can not be addressed <br />gives their name and the address of the <br /> <br />It was noted that a complaint was received from Beverly Hughes <br />regarding the Henderson Ditch extension. It was her concern that <br />the ditch was about to overflow. The Clerk/Administrator has <br />referred the complaint to the Public Works Director. <br />
