City Council Meeting Minutes April 22, 1992 Page Three $2,300.00 to be escrowed with the City of Centerville by Howard Bohanon; drainage and grading correction to be completed with sod restoration and three inches of top soil over the fill to be restored within 20 days of Occupancy of Lot 1, Block 4 CenterviIle Heights; and that the drainage/grading correction shall be completed to the satisfaction of the City of Centerville, motion carried unanimously. Architectural Contract Additions Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber to approve an addendum to the previously agreed upon Architectural Contract with Mjorud Architecture and the City of Centerville; the amendment addresses additional billings rates and shall be approved contingent upon the receipt and approval of a cost estimate for architectural fees for the pump house, motion carried unanimously. A copy of the amendment is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS The City Council noted that several complaints had been received regarding the proposed jet ski events on Centerville Lake. Council member Wilharber noted that the City Council received an unsigned letter and requested that residents do sign the letters so that the City Council can take action. It is the City Council's policy not to do so on anonymous complaints. Council member Pelton noted that she has received complaints that property owners are not containing their dogs. She also noted that North St. Paul has a dog ordinance which requires the owners to pick-up after the dogs.
