<br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />March 11, 1992 <br />page four <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Pelton questioned if Mr. Turpening <br />experience with the construction of a municipal building <br />hall. <br /> <br />had any <br />or fire <br /> <br />Mr. Turpening <br />but had work <br />Washington D.C. <br /> <br />noted that he did not have experience with either, <br />on the construction of a subway station in <br /> <br />Mr. Carlstrom noted that it has not been decided as to the name <br />of the new firm. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Architect Contract - Amendment to include Turpenin~ Firm <br />Acting Mayor Pelton asked questions concerning page 10, Article <br />12, Sections 12.4 and 12.5 of the Standard Form of Agreement <br />Between Owner and Architect. <br /> <br />It was noted that the City Attorney and the Attorney for the <br />Carlstrom Companies requested the sections be inserted. The <br />"blank lines" would be filled in before signing of the contract. <br /> <br />Motion by Dario, second by Wilharber to amended the Standard Form <br />of Agreement between Owner and Architect to include Gary P. <br />Turpening, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Lori Pringle, Trippel's Market - 24 hours per day Memorial Day <br />throu~h Labor Day. Also ODen 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 D.m. the <br />remaining days of the year. <br />Lori Pringle, Trippel's Market, appeared before the City Council <br />to request to be open 24 hours per day Memorial Day through Labor <br />Day. Ms. Pringle also inquired that if she would want to be open <br />24 hours year round, would she need to come back to the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Pelton noted that the City Council had not yet <br />received a response from the City Attorney regarding the <br />determination if the City would be legally able to restrict <br />Trippel's Market with regard to hours. <br /> <br />Ms. Pringle noted that, in <br />hour store in Centerville. <br />night.
