It was noted that the City Attorney and the Attorney for the Carlstrom Companies requested the sections be inserted. The "blank lines" would be filled in before signing of the contract. Motion by Dario, second by Wilharber to amended the Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Architect to include Gary P. Turpening, motion carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS Lori Pringle, Trippel's Market - 24 hours per day Memorial Day throu~h Labor Day. Also ODen 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 D.m. the remaining days of the year. Lori Pringle, Trippel's Market, appeared before the City Council to request to be open 24 hours per day Memorial Day through Labor Day. Ms. Pringle also inquired that if she would want to be open 24 hours year round, would she need to come back to the City Council.
