Motion by Burgstahler, second by Wilharber to review the proposed fee schedule for a Storm Water Drainage System at the next appropriate City Council meeting, motion carried unanimously. Schedule of Fees Motion by Buckbee, second by Dario to approve Resolution #92-xx increasing the Administrative Development Fee and Ordinance #xx approving the 1992 Fee Schedule, motion carried unanimously. A copy of the Administrative Development Fee Schedule and 1992 Fee Schedule are attached to and made a part of these minutes. Corner Express Council member Wilharber advised that he had spoken to the Corner Express regarding the Trippel's Market inquiry to remain open 24 hours per day. The Corner Express management appeared to not desire to be open 24 hours a day, but may want to request to be open earlier in the morning. Council member Wilharber noted that he directed the Corner Express management to the City Hall Staff if they indeed would like to make such a request. Recvclin~ Council member Pelton noted that it is expected that the recycling bins be delivered on February 22, 1992. Center Hills First Addition Re-Assessment Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton to adopt Resolution #92- xx to reduce the assessment of the Center Hills First Addition from $289,000.00 to $259,249.27 this would result in a refund to the property owner of $38,750.73, this will be contingent upon the City of Centerville deducting $16,080.00 from the refund for escrows due, motion carried unanimously. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS Two complaints were noted. One being that there is an ice build up ~N Ivy C~urt and an~ther regarding snow plowing on Centerville Road. A copy of both petitions are attached to and made a part of these minutes.
