<br />Meeting Minutes - CC <br />January 8, 1992 <br />page four <br /> <br />month to a year before he would be able to review the documents <br />and suggested that the City adopt them with the understanding <br />that they could be subject to amendment. Mr. Gemberling advised <br />that there is no penalty for the amendments that would be <br />necessary. He also advised that he does have documents on his <br />desk for review from other cities that are in excess of the three <br />years old. <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber to adopt Resolution #92-02 <br />appointing a Responsible Authority and defining duties with <br />regard to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act and to <br />approve a Public Document containing procedures adopted by the <br />Responsible Authority to administer the Minnesota Government Data <br />Practices Act with the understanding that they could be subject <br />to amendment per review by the State of Minnesota, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Municioal Facilities <br />The City Council requested an update from the Clerk/Administrator <br />regarding the status of the purchase of the Almendinger property. <br /> <br />The Clerk/Administrator advised that the purchase agreement is <br />with the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Lake Sanitation <br />Leon L'Allier, 1973 Main Street, appeared before the City Council <br />to advised that he felt that the City of Centerville was <br />fortunate to have Lake Sanitation contracting with them since <br />1957. He suggested sending a survey out to City residents <br />inquiring about the service. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Donations <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Pelton to direct the <br />Clerk/Administrator to advise organizations requesting <br />monetary donations from the City of Centerville that at <br />this time there are no funds available for direct <br />monetary donations; <br />City Staff is to work with the organizations directing <br />them toward Charitable Gambling Organizations within <br />the City of Centerville to find out from the <br />organizations what other offerings the City could <br />assist with regard to time, supplies (such as food and <br />clothing) or other support; <br />the organizations with regard to other support shall be <br />published in the next City Newsletter, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />
