Mr. Gemberling advised that there is no penalty for the amendments that would be necessary. He also advised that he does have documents on his desk for review from other cities that are in excess of the three years old. Motion by Pelton, second by Wilharber to adopt Resolution #92-02 appointing a Responsible Authority and defining duties with regard to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act and to approve a Public Document containing procedures adopted by the Responsible Authority to administer the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act with the understanding that they could be subject to amendment per review by the State of Minnesota, motion carried unanimously. Municioal Facilities The City Council requested an update from the Clerk/Administrator regarding the status of the purchase of the Almendinger property. The Clerk/Administrator advised that the purchase agreement is with the City Attorney. Lake Sanitation Leon L'Allier, 1973 Main Street, appeared before the City Council to advised that he felt that the City of Centerville was fortunate to have Lake Sanitation contracting with them since 1957. He suggested sending a survey out to City residents inquiring about the service. NEW BUSINESS Donations Motion by Buckbee, second by Pelton to direct the Clerk/Administrator to advise organizations requesting monetary donations from the City of Centerville that at this time there are no funds available for direct monetary donations; City Staff is to work with the organizations directing them toward Charitable Gambling Organizations within the City of Centerville to find out from the organizations what other offerings the City could assist with regard to time, supplies (such as food and clothing) or other support; the organizations with regard to other support shall be published in the next City Newsletter, motion carried unanimously.
