<br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 9~ 1992 <br />PAGE NINE <br /> <br />Hayor Buckbee introduced the item and informed the City Council <br />that we still have not decided on a phone system for the new <br />building. Mayor Buckbee invited Mona Espe to present the cost <br />estimates for the new telephones. <br /> <br />Mona Espe explained to the City Council that we received four <br />bids for telephone equipment and that she has chosen the best two <br />for presentation to the City Council. Ms. Espe indicated that in <br />her estimation the best two options are provided by AT & T and <br />Sentry Systems (Panasonic equipment). <br /> <br />A copy of the bid <br />Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />options <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Mayor Buckbee recommend that the City Council authorize the <br />Clerk/Administrator and staff to procure and install the <br />equipment through a lease purchase agreement within the funding <br />costs as presented. Motion was seconded by Dario and upon vote <br />was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />Be. CENTER HILLS - THIRD ADDITION - DEVELOPERS REQUEST FOR SNOW <br />PLOWING AND RELEASE OF RELIABILITY. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Siebenaler indicated that he met with Gerald <br />Rehbein the owner of the Center Hills Third Addition property <br />and, based on the estimated time for plowing this road and based <br />upon $40.00 per hour for truck and driver, and using an average <br />of 12 snow falls per year, the total cost for snow removal of <br />said street would be $80.00 for the season. Gerald Rehbein has <br />agreed to that amount and will enter into an agreement upon <br />Council approval. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council person Pelton to direct staff to <br />complete a snow plowing agreement with Gerald Rehbein, developer <br />of the Center Hills, Third Addition. The motion was seconded by <br />Tom Wilharber and upon vote unanimously approved. <br /> <br />eD. LAKE SANITATION - THIRD PARTY AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />Mayor John Buckbee reported to the City Council that the Third <br />Party Agreement between the City of Centerville, Lake Sanitation, <br />Inc. and Metropolitan Council has been reviewed by him and the <br />City Attorney and that he recommends that the City Council <br />approve the third party agreement. Mayor Buckbee further <br />indicated that the total cost of the equipment is estimated at <br />$66,820.00 and that half of that amount would be reimbursed by <br />the Metropolitan Council unless the equipment was purchased for <br />less than the estimated amount.
