<br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 9, 1992 <br />PAGE TEN <br /> <br />less then the estimated amount the Metropolitan Council would <br />match 50% of that cost. The balance of the cost of the equipment <br />will be paid by Lake Sanitation directly. Upon purchase of the <br />equipment Lake Sanitation will pay the full $66,820.00 and upon <br />receipt of the grant money from Metropolitan Council, the City of <br />Centerville will reimburse Lake Sanitation the grant amount. <br />Mayor Buckbee instructed the staff to complete the third party <br />agreement and bring it back at the December 21, 1992 meeting. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />9. ADDITIONAL AGENDA ITEMS 2C. CONTACT PERSON FOR THE NEW CITY <br />HALL CONSTRUCTION - TAMARA MILTZ-MILLER TO RAY SIEBENALER. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council member Pelton to designate Ray <br />Siebenaler as the contact person for the construction of the new <br />City Hall. Motion was seconded by Council member Dario and upon <br />vote unanimously approved. <br /> <br />9A. CENTER HILLS - SECOND ADDITION COMPLETION OF FINAL PUNCH <br />LIST. <br /> <br />Mayor John Buckbee explained that the Center Hills, Second <br />Addition punch list by Ro-So Contracting is nearly complete, <br />however, some work still needs to be done and recommends that the <br />City of Centerville retain enough of the final payment to cover <br />this work. <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Tom Wilharber to table the release of <br />$4,000.00 escrow to Ro-So Contracting for the Center Hills, Third <br />Addition, punch list to the next meeting. Motion was seconded by <br />Mayor Buckbee and upon further discussion the maker and seconder <br />rescinded their motion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council member Pelton to release the $4,000.00 payment <br />to the contract, but hold the costs of items as outlined in the <br />report. Motion was seconded by Tom Wilharber and upon vote <br />unanimously approved. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA 9B. AND 9C.
