CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 9, 1992 PAGE TWELVE SCHEDULE FOR DECEMBER CITY COUNCIL MEETING. Motion by Council member Wilharber to change the City Council date for the last meeting in December from December 23, 1992 to December 21, 1992. Motion was seconded by Council member Dario and approved upon the following vote of the Council: AYE- Buckbee, Wilharber, Dario. NAY - Pelton. Council member Wilharber asked make sure that we have increased $750.00. 11A AND B. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS - CITY OF CENTERVILLE AND CENTENNIAL FIRE DISTRICT that the staff double check to our SAC charge by $50.00 to Motion by Mayor Buckbee to approve the Centennial Fire District payment of claims. Motion was seconded by Council member Pelton and upon vote was unanimously approved. Item llA. Motion by Council member Dario to approve the payment of claims for the City of Centerville. Motion was second by Council member Wilharber and upon vote of the Council unanimously approved. Motion was made by Mayor John Buckbee to approve payment as previously indicated with the contingency that waivers for the Gilbert Construction payment number two the total amount of the payment number two. Motion was by Council member Wilharber and upon vote of the unanimously approved. of bills the lien total to seconded Council Council member Wilharber asked for the address of the new City Hall so that it can be placed on our stationary and calling cards for the City Council members. Motion was made Council member Wilharber to adjourn the meeting at 11:25 p.m. Motion seconded by Mayor Buckbee and upon vote of the Council unanimously approved.
