At such time the Peltier Lake Drive culvert improvement and the Flood Plain Reduction Project could be constructed at one time. Motion by Pelton, second by Buckbee to direct City Staff to research previous information received regarding time frames and financial projections for the Peltier Lake Drive Culvert Project, and that this shall appear on the next appropriate agenda, motion carried unanimously. Acorn Creek Regarding the municipal sewer and water easements it appears that they are in the process of being approved by the City Attorney and recorded at Anoka County. The City Staff has not yet received a Minnesota Pollution Control Agency permit for the project. Regarding the Preliminary Plat, the City Council appeared to agree that currently the major issue appears to be where to locate a park in the northeast quadrant of the City. Motion by Pelton, second by Burgstahler to coordinate a joint meeting between the City Council, the Park and Recreation Committee and the Planning and Zoning Commission; the purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the future location concept program of a park in the northeast quadrant of the City of Centerville; the City Attorney shall also be asked to attend to address any legal concerns, motion carried unanimously. Center Hills - Third Addition It was anticipated that a partial pay estimate would be available at this meeting for consideration by the City Council. John Stewart, City Engineer, was present at the meeting and advised that the contractor, as of today, had not yet completed the appropriate paper work. He also advised that the contractor is working towards placing one lift of black top on the development this year. Center Hills - Second Addition The developer for the Center Hills, Second Addition, has requested that the City Council consider a reduction in letter of credit for the developer responsibility items. It appears that eleven lots on the development remain without sod and only two of the required six lots have a sidewalk completed on them.
