<br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 14, 1992 <br />PAGE FOUR <br /> <br />The City Engineer also noted that the developer continues to be <br />responsible for street sweeping. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Wilharber to release a letter of <br />credit number 09-92 in the amount of $64,935.00 if replaced by an <br />escrow by the developer in the amount of $17,750.00 which shall <br />be held for boulevard trees, sod, sidewalk, street sweeping and <br />other landscaping, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Municioal Well Number Two <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Buckbee that per the <br />recommendation of the City Engineer the City Council authorizes <br />partial pay estimate number three to E.H. Renner and Sons, Inc. <br />for municipal well number two in the amount of $11,847.90 minus a <br />retainage of $605.00 for a disbursement amount of $11,242.90, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council member Pelton inquired as to who was responsible for the <br />restoration on this project. <br /> <br />City Engineer advised that Ro-So Contracting <br />closely with the project and would be <br />restoration. <br /> <br />Inc., is working <br />responsible for <br /> <br />Mr. Stewart also advised that the items remaining to be completed <br />on municipal well number two project is the purchase and <br />installation of a pump, the purchase and installation of pump <br />controls and the purchase and installation of a pitless adaptor. <br />It is his recommendation and per the advise of the City Attorney <br />that the purchase and installation of the pump and the purchase <br />and installation of pump controls be advertised for bid. It is <br />further his recommendation that due to the time of year and the <br />work to be completed that the work to be completed that a change <br />order be approved for E.H. Renner for the purchase and <br />installation of a pitless adaptor and that bids be opened on <br />November 5, 1992. <br /> <br />Motion by Pelton, second by Dario to authorize City Staff to work <br />with the City Engineer to advertise for bids for the purchase and <br />installation of the pump and the purchase and installation of <br />pump controls for municipal well number two; said bids shall be <br />opened on November 5, 1992 and to authorize the Mayor to sign a <br />change order for E.H. Renner and Sons, Inc. for municipal well <br />number two for the purchase and installation of a pit less adaptor <br />for a dollar amount not to exceed $12,000.00; motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />The City Engineer also advised that the regarding the trees <br />
