<br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 14, 1992 <br />PAGE SEVEN <br /> <br />Estates and the packet shall include legal implications, the <br />price of the property, the financing of the project (for examples <br />Tax Increment Financing, etc.), Park and Recreation opinion and <br />participation level in the project, citizen input and support <br />from the Centennial School District, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Position Update <br />It was announced that a special meeting will held Monday, <br />November 19, 1992, 6:00 p.m. at the Centerville City Hall to re- <br />interview a fourth candidate, Roger Winberg, from the City of <br />Anoka. <br /> <br />St. Genevieve's Church - Hold Harmless and Snow Storage Agreement <br />The St. Genevieve Church advised that they are willing to sign a <br />Hold Harmless Agreement requested by the City Council for the use <br />of the street right-of-way area for a paved church parking area <br />with exception of the final sentence regarding snow storage. The <br />final sentence reads as follows: "St. Genevieve also hereby <br />agrees to allow the City of Centerville use of this boulevard <br />area during the winter months for any necessary snow storage <br />required by the City of Centerville." <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />It appeared to be the consensus of the City Council that the <br />wording in the last sentence may be to strong. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton to request that a City <br />Representative speak to the St. Genevieve Church explaining that <br />the City will only be storing the snow in the boulevard area <br />which occurs by the action of the snow plow plowing Sorel Street <br />and that no additional snow shall be brought into the area; <br />further request that the City Staff re-draft the Hold Harmless <br />Agreement changing the wording with regard to storage so that it <br />is clearer to all parties, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Ado~tion of Re-Assessment Role of Non-Liti~ants of the 1987 <br />Street Reconstruction Proiect <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Buckbee to adopt the <br />reassessment role of the non-litigants of the 1987 Street <br />Reconstruction Project based upon a fifteen (15) percent <br />reduction figure; AYE Buckbee; AYE - Burgstahler; AYE- <br />Dario; AYE - Wilharber; NAY - Pelton, motion carried. <br /> <br />A copy of the assessment <br />Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />roll <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />with the <br /> <br />Public Works Director Bonus <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Burgstahler that for the <br />appreciation of the City Council to Orville Hughes for working as <br />
