<br />Meeting Minutes <br />Page two <br />August 102 1988 <br /> <br />Rehbein, Developer advised that he will ask Rice Creek Watershed <br />if he can deepen the pond, thus making it smaller. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to approve the sketch <br />plan for the south half of the sketch plan for the <br />proposed development north of Main Street (east of Shad <br />Avenue) as recommended by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and as presented by Gerry Rehbein; <br />-the City Attorney is directed to draw up a development <br />agreement with Gerry Rehbein for said half of the <br />development, to include items discussed at previous <br />meetings regarding future development agreements; <br />-the City Engineer is directed to draw up plans and <br />specifications for said half of the development; <br />-the above shall not begin until: <br />-developer submits the necessary escrow amounts <br />for engineering and legal fees, <br />-developer signs a waiver as prepared by City <br />Clerk under the direction of the City <br />Attorney releasing the City of any <br />responsibility (financial or otherwise) in <br />allowing the development agreement and plans <br />and specs to be drawn up prior to rezoning, <br />preliminary plat or final plat approval, and <br />that the developer understands that rezoning, <br />preliminary or final plat may not be <br />approved; <br />-the Street Naming Committee will be notified and asked to <br />rename Brian Way; <br />-the sketch plan is only approved for the MUSA area, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Wilharber to amend Ordinance #4, <br />TABLE A, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS PERMITTED AND SPECIAL <br />USES to include Liquor Store under USES PERMITTED ON SPECIAL USE <br />PERMIT, per the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Gene Houle, 7124 <br />liquor has been <br />establishments. <br /> <br />Centerville Road advised <br />sold to minors from the <br /> <br />that he felt that <br />Centerville liquor <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Neumann to require a monetary park <br />dedication fee from Kenco Construction for the development of <br />Centerville Plaza, versus the land on an outlot on Center Oaks II <br />as proposed by Kenco Construction, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Discussion of proposed replacement of Station #3.
