He noted <br />that the current survey gave the Council a framework of <br />baokground information which would be useful in future decisions. <br /> <br />Burgstahler also noted that resident involvement is a big <br />problem. He advised that solving problems takes money, and it is <br />not always clear that said problems can be solved. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Neumann, to accept the current <br />City Survey and communicate the results of that survey back <br />through the Quad Community Press with highlights in the next City <br />Newsletter; acceptance of Council member Wilharber's offer to <br />draft his comments of the survey to the incoming Council; <br />information to be printed in the Quad Community Press shall be <br />numerical percentages, and that said percentages indicate the <br />percent of persons who answered that particular question; <br />individual comments made in the survey will not be printed, but <br />will be available upon request; Clerk will check with the City of <br />Lino Lakes to see if they printed their City survey in its <br />entirety; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie, that video tape copies <br />of City Council meetings will be made available for a charge <br />which would cover costs incurred to make said copies, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Neumann, to continue efforts to <br />make an informational video for the City to be played on Channel <br />#16; Dennis Zerwas has volunteered to put together this video; <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor L'Allier thanked Dennis Zerwas for his help in video taping <br />the City Council meetings. It was noted that volunteers are <br />needed to take over this position. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Burgstahler, that the City Council <br />meetings shall be played twice a week in addition to the live <br />broadcasts; the time of the showings of the video taped meetings <br />shall be advertised on Channel #16; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Lew Hendricks, 1621 Peltier Lake Drive, appeared before the <br />Council to advise that the sod between Peltier Lake Drive and his <br />fence that was replaced after the 1987 Road Reconstruction is no <br />longer living. Hendricks asked that the City take a position on <br />the sod and respond to him in writing within the next thirty <br />days. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Burgstahler, to direct the City <br />Clerk to contact the City Engineer to obtain his inspection notes <br />with regard to the property at 1621 Peltier Lake Drive; the City <br />
