Roessler advised that <br />he would be responsible to post the Main Street (County Road 14) <br />access as an entrance only, no exit, as recommended by Anoka <br />County. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Neumann to approve a Special Use <br />Permit as prepared by City Attorney with the addition that <br />clarification be added to #5 to specify that only two pumps will <br />be allowed at this time, any future pumps will require an <br />additional special use permit; contingent upon receipt of <br />paperwork from the Rice Creek Watershed District and the DNR <br />verifying their approval of the project as proposed; also <br />contingent upon City Attorney review of the drainage easement to <br />be deeded to the City and his opinion of City responsibility to <br />cleaning/maintaining this easement; Kenco Construction will <br />install "Entrance Only" and "No Exit" signs on the access to Main <br />Street (County Road 14), motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber) second by Neumann to waive installation of <br />boulevard trees on wooded lots in Center Oaks II to Kenco <br />Construction and Tkaczik Construction) motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Discussion of Lift Station #3 pumps. City Engineer and Kent <br />Roessler advised that it appears that the contractor will have <br />the problem corrected shortly. The City will no longer be <br />responsible to go out to work on the pumps, it will be the <br />contractors responsibility. <br /> <br />Bruce Wojak from Anoka County appeared before the Council to <br />discuss the proposal to install communications equipment on the <br />City water tower. Wojak advised that he had not contacted <br />Cellular I with regard to possibly putting the communications <br />equipment on the Cellular I tower. <br /> <br />Brian Miller, City Engineer advised that it would be best to <br />mount a weather proof panel on the current building versus <br />putting up an additional 8' X 8' or 6' X 6' building. He advised <br />that the building would have to be out into the actual park area <br />before it would not interfere with main water lines. <br /> <br />Wojak advised that the County would be responsible for moving the <br />building, if that were needed, to repair main water lines. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by.Fritchie to direct Bruce Wojak of <br />Anoka County to contact City Engineer for the proper location <br />of a communications building on the City park) motion carried <br />
