<br />CC Meeting Minutes <br />page six <br />December 14, 1988 <br /> <br />and that Cellular I advises that the platform is needed for the <br />safety of the maintenance workers on the tower. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to direct the Clerk to <br />write a letter to Cellular I to inquire how secure the platform <br />is, to address the City's concern for unsightliness, to inquire <br />what the platform actual is and what are Cellular I's plans for <br />it; Clerk will also review the original MCI/Centerville Special <br />Use Permit, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br />Council member Neumann noted that the street light in Royal <br />Meadows is still out. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Neumann to table the proposed <br />change in collection of building permit fees by Bohanan Homes <br />until such time that the developer would be present at the <br />meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Wilharber to accept Newsletter #88- <br />4 with the following changes: <br />-page three: recycling dates be verified through Lake <br />Sanitation; <br />-page four: change Senior Citizen utility billings to sewer <br />billings, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />George Haberman, 7288 Mill Road, asked that the recycling <br />continue twice per month through December. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Neumann that per Ordinance #6 and <br />#6-A, and recognizing the abatement letter sent to 7121 Main <br />Street regarding debris/garbage at the rental property of 7105 <br />Main Street dated December 8, 1988, if the said abatement is not <br />resolved by December 29, 1988, on December 30, 1988 the City <br />staff will make the necessary arrangements with Lake Sanitation <br />to have the nuisance (debris/garbage) removed from the property <br />at 7105 Main Street; a police officer will be present to prevent <br />any disruptions of the removal; a copy of this motion will be <br />forwarded to the property owner, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />City Clerk will check to see if a warrant is needed. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Neumann to ask the advise of the <br />City Attorney as to what the City should direct Lake Sanitation <br />to do if the garbage is left out at the curb of any property on <br />garbage pick up day, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Fritchie to amend Ordinance #1 to <br />
