<br />CC Meeting Minutes <br />Page six <br />October 12, 1988 <br /> <br />the September 28, 1988 meeting minutes, page seven, paragraph <br />three to read that "no construction traffic will be allowed on <br />Brian Drive or Brian Way without approval of the City Engineer", <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Gerald Rehbein requested that the Council give him an exception <br />to the requirement in City Ordinance that geotextile fabric be <br />required in Hardwood Pond Estates. It appeared it was the <br />consensus of the Council to not allow an exception as no member <br />would make a motion to give said exception. <br /> <br />City Clerk advised that it is the recommendation of the Public <br />Works Department to require that multiple mailboxes be put up by <br />the developer and that this be placed in the development <br />agreement. The Public Works Department advised that individual <br />mailboxes interfere with maintenance of the street, such as snow <br />plowing. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Fritchie to approve the final plat <br />of the Hardwood Ponds development contingent upon: <br />-approval by Rice Creek Watershed, <br />-the developer paying all planner fees that have been <br />incurred by the City with regard to the Hardwood Pond <br />Development, <br />-all required escrows being deposited with the City, <br />-an acceptable development agreement being signed by the <br />developer and the City, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Neumann to not rename Brian Drive <br />to Brian Drive North, as recommended by the Centennial Fire <br />District Chief; and to not rename Brian Way, as the Centerville <br />Street Naming Committee and the District Chief have advised that <br />street name is acceptable, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Wilharber <br />-to adopt Resolution #88-62 declaring the cost to be <br />assessed and for the improvement of municipal water to <br />the Hardwood Pond Estates development, and <br />-to adopt Resolution #88-63 for a hearing on the proposed <br />water assessment to be held on November ., 1988, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Burgstahler to approve a special <br />use permit to Tkaczik Construction for a real estate development <br />sign to be place on the northeast corner of the intersection of <br />Centerville Road and Heritage Street; <br />-the Special Use Permit will be for a one year period; and <br />-placement of the sign shall be determined by the Public <br />
