Penalty. <br /> <br />Now Reads: Any person, firm or corporation violating <br />any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be <br />punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars <br />($300.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety <br />(90) days; <br /> <br />Amended to Read: Any person, firm or corporation violating <br />any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction <br />thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor as defined <br />by state law; <br /> <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Moti~ by Ayers, second by Robischon <br />fees to the 1986 Fee Schedule: <br />Dog License <br />Kennel Fee <br />Replacement Tag <br /> <br />motin carried unanimously. <br /> <br />to add the following <br /> <br />! 7.00 <br />25.00 <br />1.00 <br /> <br />Motion by Zimny, second by Ayers to appoint Archie Gay and <br />Dale Larson as Civil Defense Directors for 1986, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Wilharber to appoint Carol <br />Pelton as Centerville's representative to the Community <br />Advisory Committee of the Rice Creek Watershed, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will refer the Park & Recreation Committee member <br />appointment to the Park & Recreation Committee for their <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />Clerk will continue the rotation schedule of council liaison <br />to the Planning & Zoning Commission. The Planning & Zoning <br />Commission unanimously support this idea. <br /> <br />~mployee policies and proceedures will be on the February <br />12 agenda. Councilman Robischon will work with Councilman <br />Wilharber on the Proceedure Review Committee. <br /> <br />Councilman Ayers has been trying to work with Lake Sanitation <br />on a recycling program for the City of Centerville to no avail. <br />Lake Sanitation has been less than cooperative. A work plan <br />needs to be submitted to Norm Schiferl within 2 - 3 weeks <br />in order to qualify for County funds. Clerk will request <br />Mary Ayde appear before the Council at their next meeting <br />with a work plan in hand. <br />
