<br />Mayor Swedberg, Council Member Nelson and Council Member Travis suggested <br />requesting that the Townhome Association pay for the bulbs. <br /> <br />2002 Draft Budget <br /> <br />The Council, at length, discussed the presented draft budget line item by line item. <br />Council concensus was to decrease line items as follows: Park Intern Salary, Fete des <br />Lacs, Administration Travel and Conferences. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Capra, seconded by Council Member Broussard to <br />contain a 3% Cost of Livine increase and a 40/0 salary step increase and the 2002 <br />Buded would reflect same. All in favor. Motion Passed Unanimously. 3- 2. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Nelson, seconded by Council Member Travis to <br />eliminate the Park Intern position from the 2002 draft budec!. AU in favor. Mayor <br />Swedbem and Council Members Capra and Vickers-Nay, Council Members Nelson <br />and Travis-Ave. Motion Failed. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Swedbem to retain the $9,360.00 in the line item for Park <br />Pro2rams. Motion died for lack of second. <br /> <br />XII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Travis to adiourn the December 12, 2001 City Council Mectin2 at 9:38 p.m. All in <br />favor.
