Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated she would look into whether there were funds available in the
Cable Fund to purchase the equipment.

Council Member Broussard Vickers expressed concern with approving this expenditure
before the budget is finalized. She also expressed concern for the amount of Staff time
involved with this project and said she would like to have input from Ms. Moore-Sykes
into whether or not she feels the project can be handled by the City's Staff.

Council Member Capra indicated she had concerns with some of the overall schemes of
the recommendations but indicated she felt the web site would be a good purchase and
cheaper than what the City is paying to Media Junction.

Council Member Travis indicated he had some concerns and suggested waiting until
more research into possible funding can be done because he does not think the funds
should come out of the general fund.

Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated she would call Web for Cities to discuss the Staff time
commitment.
