The City will maintain rocords of <br />position titlos, clm:sos, compensation by position and/or cl:Jss, job descriptions <br />for e:Jch class, and other appropriate information. <br /> <br />New positions can be developed as needed but shall be approved by the Council <br />if! durinq the budgetinq process, or as needed, prior to filling the position. <br /> <br />3-3 Assignment of Work <br /> <br />Assignment of work duties and scheduling work is the responsibility of the <br />Department Head. It is recognized that jobs may change over time to respond to <br />the changing needs of the department organization. Job descriptions will be <br />prep:Jred for each job class.
