<br />-2- <br /> <br />December 10, 2002 <br /> <br />6. The proposal meets Ordinance #4, Division 115: Yards. General Requirements. <br />. The minimum depth of the front yards, rear yard and side yard for district as <br />defined m the Schedule of Regulations and to the additional regulations <br />outline m Section 115-010 are met <br /> <br />7. There is not a need for a i:eduction in lot dimension, yard, building setbacks and area <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Please correct me if I am wrong, but it appeared that the proposed plat is :in compliance with the regulations <br />of the land use Ordinance #4 for the Gty of Centerville, and will not be required to be developed under <br />Ordinance #8, Article 2 Design Standards 21.03 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT. <br /> <br />If there appears to be any other concerns, prior to the continuation of the Preliminary Plat Hearing, do not <br />hesitate to contact John or me. <br /> <br />Best regards, <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Sanna Buckbee <br />
