<br />Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated there was no place in the development for <br />a trail. She stated a sidewalk had been drawn in instead on the south side but was not <br />necessary. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked what the space by the canal was like. City Engineer <br />Peterson indicated it was sloped, open ground, would be owned by someone but not <br />developed. Council Member Nelson stated her concern of not having a trail or a <br />sidewalk. CSAH 14 Special Assessment Roll <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg opened the public hearing at 9:40 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked if the City has received any letters of intent to <br />reject. Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated if the City proceeds with assessment as discussed <br />previously, no. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated a page in the packet has incorrect amounts. She <br />clarified amounts of $4,330 per property, $20,000 for Waterworks, $30,310 for Defoe, <br />and $62,249 for The Shores.
