This document is for review and discussion. Council would like to have <br />the Planning and Zoning Connnission conduct formal and complete site plan reviews <br />prior to the developer being allowed to come forward for Council review. I am hoping <br />this checklist can be developed as a tool for the staff, Council and Committee to use to <br />ensure that the proposed development has been thoroughly reviewed for compliance with <br />City Ordinances. <br />
