<br />B. Soil percolation tests and scaled site location plans must be submitted <br />for both primary and secondary (backup) treatment systems with the <br />initial application. <br /> <br />C. Installations, alteration, repairs and maintenance shall be performed in <br />accordance with the latest Chapter 7080 Standards published by the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br /> <br />D. No private on-site sewer system shall be permitted on any site less than <br />one (1) acre, subject to all conditions or exceptions noted in this <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />Division 140: Nuisance Standards <br /> <br />Section 140-010: Odors and Emissions. Odors and emissions from any use shall not <br />exceed the regulations set forth by Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Rules. <br /> <br />Section 140-020: Dust and Particulate. Dust and particulate matter from any use shall <br />be in compliance with and regulated by Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Rules. <br /> <br />Section 140-030: Noise and Vibrations. Noise and vibrations generated from any use <br />shall be in compliance with and regulated by Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Rules. <br /> <br />Section 140-040: Glare. Direct or reflected glare, such as from flood-lights, spotlights, or <br />high temperature processes, and as differentiated from general illumination, shall not be <br />visible beyond the site of origin at any property line. Any lights used for exterior illumination <br />shall be directed away from adjacent properties. <br /> <br />Section 140-050: Waste. All waste generated from any use shall be managed in <br />compliance with and regulated by Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Rules. Waste <br />generated on any premises shall be kept in containers designed for waste collection and <br />stored in a structure or within an approved enclosed or screened area. The accumulation, <br />storage, processing or disposal of waste, compost or recyclable materials on any premises, <br />which is not generated on that premises, is prohibited, except as specifically provided in <br />this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 140-060: Smoke. Smoke shall be measured at the point of emission by using the <br />Ringelman Smoke Chart published by the United States Bureau of Mines in Circular No. <br />7718. Smoke not darker or more opaque than NO.1 on that chart may be emitted except <br />that smoke not darker or more opaque than NO.3 on the chart may be emitted for a period <br />not longer than four minutes in any thirty minutes. These provisions applicable to visible <br />gray smoke of a different color but with an equivalent capacity. <br /> <br />Section 140-070: Fumes or Gases.
