OFFICERS DUTIES <br /> <br />The Chairperson shall preserve order, enforce the rules of procedure herein prescribed <br />and determined without debate, subject to the final de';jsion of the <br />Commission/Commission on appeal, all questions of prcedme and order. The <br />Chairperson will also give leE!dership; siga reports, write cOlTespondence to be signed by <br />either the City Administrator or the Mayor; cnmpile or assist in the preparation of the <br />agenda as authorized by the Committee; and appoint task ferees as authorized by the City <br />Council. RJ~GULARMEETINCS <br />Regular meetings of the Cor"'miltee shall be held on the same day of each <br />caleadar month at same time, set by the Committee mJd approvGd by the Council. <br />Any regulai meeting falling upon a holiday shall bc re-scheduled by the <br />Committee for an alternative dat::, with enough, time to be properly noticed t the <br />public. The City Clerk shall maimain a seheddc of regular meetings. This <br />schedule shall be available for pub' insp,,~tion cur' ,g regular business ;'ClU,S at <br />the City Clerk's office.
