City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />December 14, 2005 <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that Minnesota Statutes requires that cities have a <br />policy for out of state travel for elected officials. <br /> <br />Motion by Lee, seconded by Paar, to approve the Out of State Travel Policy as <br />presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. TimeSaver OffSite Secretarial Service – 2006 Contract Renewal (Council and P <br />and Z Meetings) <br /> <br />Motion by Terway, seconded by Paar, to approve the TimeSaver OffSite Secretarial <br />Service 2006 Contract Renewal. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> 3. Resolution #05-058 Locating and Establishing CSAH 54 – Anoka County <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Terway, to approve <br />Resolution #05-058, a Resolution Requesting Revision to State Aid System to Anoka <br />State Aid Highway. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> 4. Resolution #05-059 – Requesting Renumbering of CSAH 21 <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Lee, to approve <br />Resolution #05-059 Requesting Renumbering of CSAH 21. Centerville Liquor –Off Sale Liquor License and Tobacco License Renewal <br />(2006) <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br />the liquor license and tobacco renewal for Centerville Liquor for 2006. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Trio Inn – Off Sale, On Sale, Sunday Liquor License and Tobacco License <br />Renewal 2006 <br /> <br />Motion by Paar, seconded by Terway, to approve the Off Sale, On Sale, Sunday <br />Liquor License and Tobacco License Renewal for 2006. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />3. Approval of Resolution #05-056 – Approving the Proposed 2006 Budget and Tax <br />Levy <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />Resolution #05-056 as presented.
