APPROV OF THE MINUTES: February 4, Surface Water Management Plan Workshop Minutes - MOTION by Councilmember Brenner, seconded by Councilmember Buckbee to approve the February 4, workshop meeting minutes. March 26, 1997 Minutes - MOTION by Councilmember Helmbrecht, seconded by Councilmember Brenner to approve the Council meeting minutes of March 26, 1997. Motion carried. _ . PAYMENT OF CLAIMS: The City of Centerville - March 26 - 31 MOTION by Councilmember Buckbee, seconded by Councilmember Helmbrecht to approve the receipts and disbursements from March 26 - 31. Motion carried. The City of Centerville - April 1 9 Councilmember Helmbrecht questioned the Elementary School S.A.C. fee. Mr. March commented he would check on the issue. Mr. Hagerty discussed the events of "Garage Sale Days" being held on May 16 & 17th. Mr. Hagerty requested approval to have a small car show, musical entertainment and possibly a silent auction at the City Hall parking lot. Mr. Hagerty consulted with Fire Chief Milo Bennett.
