Exhibit 2 -1, which was obtained from the City Planners, shows the present MUSA boundary <br /> within the City of Centerville, as well as staged future additions. Most population growth is <br /> expected to occur in the northern, central, and southern portions of Centerville, due to the access <br /> provided by proposed collector streets, while commercial and industrial growth is expected to <br /> occur in the eastern area of the City.
