In his letter dated January 10, 1997, he makes <br /> specific recommendations regarding the construction of the north roadway <br /> intersecting with Main Street. At their meeting on January 22, 1997, the Rice <br /> Creek Watershed District tabled action on our permit application pending <br /> receipt of more details. The consulting engineer recommended approval <br /> subject to certain conditions. The permit will again be reviewed by the <br /> Watershed District on February 26, 1997. Plans are currently being reviewed <br /> by the U.S. Anny Corps of Engineers. <br /> At our last Planning Commission meeting, one neighbor asked about our plans <br /> for the existing home on the property. After further consideration, we do not <br /> believe this existing structure will "fit" into the new neighborhood.
