As you know, the recent development of <br /> LaMotte Park was premised on an active partnership between the city and local <br /> athletic clubs in order to gain greater efficiencies In covering costs and <br /> sustainable resource management. <br /> The local clubs have responded by providing valuable Input Into the design and <br /> layout of the park to beat fit our many needs. The groups have also provided <br /> material and volunteer Tabor to begin the process of fully developing LaMotte <br /> Park. In return for their contributions, the P & R Committee has promoted the <br /> concept of a written document to formally recognize these efforts. <br /> It Is the recommendation of the P & R Committee to approve the facility use <br /> agreement subject to applicable city laws and ordinances. <br /> Should you have any questions, please contact me. <br /> TOTAL P.02 <br />
