PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> The City of Centerville May 13. through May 26, 1999. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Nelson, seconded by Councilmember Travis to approve the <br /> expenditures for City of Centerville for May 13. through May 26. 1999. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> The Centennial Fire District <br /> Motion by Councilmember Travis, seconded by Councilmember Brenner to approve the <br /> Centennial Fire Dist6 ict ratititutiou of-expenditures Motion carried unanimo <br /> Pay Estimate #6 - 26 Avenue <br /> Motion by Councilmember Travis, seconded by Councilmember Dreamer to accept pay estimate <br /> #6. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Final Payment for School Flashing Lights <br /> Motion by Councilmember Nelson. seconded by Councilmember Travis to approve payment of <br /> second half of the flashing lights expense. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> VI. SET AGENDA <br /> * Accept Audit Report <br /> * Act on School District Sprinkler Plan <br /> * Parking on Lakeland Circle <br /> Motion by Councilmember Sweeney, seconded by Councilmember Travis to approve the set <br /> agenda with no additions. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> Ms. Myra Mills (1744 Main Street) complained of an adjacent property owner hauling dirt on to <br /> property which apparently impedes her drainage. Mr. Hoeft explained that this is a civil issue. <br /> Mayor Wilharber reported residents in the Eagle Pass Development experienced sidewalk work and other <br /> improvements without notification. Mayor Wilharber suggested the Engineering firm notify residents of <br /> this type of work, prior to commencing work. <br /> Mayor Wilharber suggested that in the future, Staff notify the Police Department in advance of Garage <br /> Sale Days and additional activities to ensure proper staffing. It was brought to the Mayor's <br /> Fage 3 of 9 <br />
