Motion carried unanimou . <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Center Oaks Ditch Cleaning <br /> Mr. March explained the City received a bid from Ito -So to do ditch cleaning in the Center Oaks <br /> development. No action is required this was for informational purposes only. <br /> The Council took no action. <br /> Disability Insurance Ouotes <br /> Ms, Gaustad recommended the Council table the issue since Staff was privy to additional information <br /> during the later part of the day. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Sweeney, seconded by Councilmember Nelson to table the disability <br /> insurance item. <br /> Further discussion: <br /> Councihnember Brenner requested a snapshot of the city's employee's benefit package. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Utility Extension through the Industrial Park <br /> Mr. March reminded the Council that the City previously committed to contribute $150,000 towards the <br /> project of installing sewer and water to the Industrial Park. Granted the City will pay approximately <br /> $90,000 toward the interconnect at 20 Avenue and Cedar Street, the additional $60,000 to extend trunk <br /> sewer and water utilities into the Industrial Park will satisfy the City's financial commitment to this <br /> project. The commitment should be repaid in a relatively short time with expected Industrial development. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Brenner, seconded by Councilmember Nelson to pay the cost of <br /> extending trunk utilities into the Industrial Park alone the proposed street B north of the Royal <br /> Oaks Industrial Park proposed plat Brenner - Aye, Nelson - Aye, Travis -Aye, Sweeney - Aye. <br /> Wilharber - Nay. Motion carried. <br /> Parking on Lakeland Circle <br /> The Council discussed not allowing vehicles to park on one side or the other of Lakeland Circle; <br /> placing parking restrictions during certain hours of the day; authorize special parking permits for the area. <br /> Mr. Hoeft warned the Council that persons will report they dropped their permit and it will be a difficult <br /> issue to enforce. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Nelson, seconded by Councilmember Brenner to have road signs read <br /> "no parking on the north side of the street Monday through Friday April - July from 5:00 P.M. ` to <br /> 9:00 P.M."
