CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> NOVEMBER 2,1999 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Centerville <br /> held its regularly scheduled meeting at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Commission member Brian Hanson <br /> Commission member Al LaMotte <br /> Commission member Ray DeVine <br /> Commission member John McLean <br /> Commission member Rob Sheppard <br /> ABSENT: Commission member David Kilian <br /> Chairperson Kathy Welk <br /> STAFF: City Administrator, Jim March <br /> City Clerk, Diane Ward <br /> Council Liaison Linda Broussard Vickers <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mr. LaMotte called the meeting to order at 6:48 p.m. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> APPEARANCES <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Lot Split — Sketch Drawing — Prachar Property <br /> Mr. Richard Carlson presented a sketch drawing and concept in regard to the 23 -acre property south of <br /> LaMotte Park.
