This would be an alcohol -free event for the whole <br /> community from 7 -9 PM. We could provide'free hot chocolate and popcorn for those who <br /> attend. The event would coincide with the League of Minnesota Cities "Cities Week ". I <br /> believe the City could receive some positive publicity for this event and I believe their <br /> would be a good turnout (weather permitting).
