On City trails within the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park <br /> Reserve, mowing every two weeks three feet back of bituminous trail edges. <br /> 3. Sweeping City trail connections within the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes <br /> Regional Park Reserve each spring and fall and whenever needed for trail user safety. <br /> 4. Removing any overhanging branches on City trail connections within <br /> the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park Reserve to a minimum of ten -foot overhead clearance <br /> from trail surface and three feet back on each side. <br /> 5. Coordinating with County on the removal of any dead or downfall <br /> trees that affect safe use of the City's connection trails within the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes <br /> Regional Park Reserve boundary. <br /> 6. Removing any litter from the City's connection trails in a timely <br /> manner. <br /> 7. Crack - sealing or seal- coating City trail connections within the Rice <br /> Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park Reserve boundary every five (5) years. <br /> 8. Repairing, when needed, any trail potholes and adjacent erosion <br /> problems for trail user safety on City trails within the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park <br /> Reserve boundary. <br /> 9. Reporting to County any missing trail signs so replacement can be <br /> made in a timely manner. Replacement shall be at the City's expense. <br /> 10. If County removes snow from main trail, City shall also remove snow <br /> from City trails within the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park Reserve boundary. <br /> -3- <br />
