PLANNING & ZONING MEETING MINUTES
TUESDAY, MAY 2, 1995
PAGE 4

of June.

Vermeulen then questioned if Oakdale and Woodbury are required to
supply housing of this type due to the size of the cities.

Welk questioned the roads within the project. Kornovich answered
that the owner would contract out for maintenance, the roads would
be privately owned, and built per city specifications.

Sewer and water problems would be maintained by the city, with
additional costs to the management company for usage. Water
capacity is already limited for the industrial development for fire
protection so the city engineer will have to look at the water
situation now that all the new homes built.

Mary Capra, 1810 Fox Run, read the petition given to the city that
addresses the utilities, school district, law enforcement, and
taxation. A copy of the petition is attached to the minutes.

Capra made additional comments that the petition reflects the 96
units, she called Woodbury and a project of the this size would
only affect their population by 1 %, and finally that this would be
asking the residents for more than is required.

The following residents also expressed concerns:
Pam Burns, 7169 W. Robin Lane
Rob Rodgers, 7175 W. Robin Lane
Greg Krizan, 7239 Brian Drive
Laura Powers- Rasmussen, 7173 Brian Drive
Paul Flicek, 1818 Prairie Drive
Randy Hagerty, 1835 Prairie Drive
Cindy , 7272 Old Mill Road
Kevin McGowen, 1988 Cardinal
Diane Olson, 1983 S.
