Kornovich answered <br /> 167 that the owner would contract out for maintenance, the roads would <br /> 168 be privately owned, and built per city specifications. <br /> 169 <br /> 170 Sewer and water problems would be maintained by the city, with <br /> 171 additional costs to the management company for usage. Water <br /> 172 capacity is already limited for the industrial development for fire <br /> 173 protection so the city engineer will have to look at the water <br /> 174 situation now that all the new homes built. <br /> 175 <br /> 176 Mary Capra, 1810 Fox Run, read the petition given to the city that <br /> 177 addresses the utilities, school district, law enforcement, and <br /> 178 taxation.
