Kornocich stated it is <br /> 89 moderate income housing. Some federal funding would be used from <br /> 90 Minnesota Housing Finance and tax credits. <br /> 91 <br /> 92 Lisa Atkinson, 1970 S. Robin Lane, expressed concern for housing <br /> 93 project because of the current problems they are experiencing <br /> 94 with HUD home occupants across the street. <br /> 95 <br /> 96 Kornocich stated that the for this program the renter must make <br /> 97 60% of the average income level, which is, $30,000 a year or less <br /> 98 in order to live in the housing project. <br /> 99 <br /> 100 Gary Bland, 1971 S. Robin Lane, stated that he does not want <br /> 101 housing project to go up, believes it will be nothing but <br /> 102 trouble. Bland requested that the City protect the current <br /> 103 residents. <br /> 104 <br /> 105 Tourville questioned that if it is rental property would it be <br /> 106 one property owner or management company for the whole complex or <br /> 107 each individual building. Kornocich answered that it would be <br /> 108 one owner /management for the whole complex. <br />
