Motion by Tourville, second by LaMotte to re- schedule the regular meeting date of the Planning and Zoning Commission from the first Tuesday to the second Tuesday of the o Y month; , to be reviewed upon the Recording Secretary's completion of responsibilities as a member of Consolidation Commission, motion carried unanimously. Sauna Buckbee, Assistant City Clerk, advised that litigation is still pending. Commission member Drilling questioned as to "what the big deal" was. He noted that the proposed Municipal Building is to be located close to the property. City Council Liaison Burgstahler noted that there have been complaints. The property is violation of the Zoning Ordinance. The Ordinances of the City must be enforced or a precedent may be set. Chairperson Tourville rioted that, to his knowledge, a re- zoning request for the Olinger property has not been filed with the City. Beyond the Basics Workshop Chairperson Tourville and Commission member LaMotte expressed interest in attending the Beyond the Basic Seminar on Thursday, April 9, 1992. It was also noted that there is book that can be purchased for $11.00 that deals with planning. It appeared to be the consensus of the Commission members present to table discussion on the seminar and purchasing of the book until the next meeting. Chairperson Tourville suggested that these meetings could
