Mr. Tuomi presented the Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission with a letter dated April 22, 1991 detailing <br /> his variance request. <br /> A copy of Richard Tuomi letter dated April 22, 1991 is on file <br /> with the Clerk /Administrator. <br /> Jerry Helmbrecht, 1745 Main Street, was present. Mr. Helmbrecht <br /> expressed to the Planning and Zoning Commission that he would not <br /> have a problem with the present garage being expanded. <br /> Commission member Wilharber questioned by Mr, Tuomi if the garage <br /> would be expanded in its same location. <br /> Mr. Tuomi stated that the garage would not be any closer to the <br /> creek and it would be within the side yard setback requirement. <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Vermeulen to adjourn the public <br /> hearing, motion carried unanimously. Public hearing adjourned <br /> 7:35 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting <br /> on Monday, April 22, 1991 at the City Hall. Chairperson <br /> Tourville called the meeting to order at 7:36 p.m. Present: <br /> Wilharber, Welk, Vermeulen, City Council Liaison Burgstahler. <br /> Absent: Drilling. <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Tourville to approve the February 6, <br /> 1991 meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Wilharber to approve the March 25, 1991 <br /> meeting minutes, Aye - Tourville; Aye - Welk; Aye - Wilharber; <br /> Abstain - Vermeulen, motion carried. <br /> Approval of the March 5, 1991 meeting minutes was tabled until <br /> the appropriate Planning and Zoning Commission members were in <br /> attendance. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Possibility of Amending Ordinance #4, Article 5 PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT and adding APPENDIX C - MULTI - FAMILY DWELLINGS <br /> Motion by Wilharber, second by Vermeulen to recommend that the <br /> City Council amend Ordinance #4, Article 5, PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENTS and adding APPENDIX C - MULTI- FAMILY DWELLINGS with <br /> the following corrections: <br />
