P &Z Meeting Minutes <br /> April 22, 1991 <br /> page three <br /> APPENDIX C - MULTI - FAMILY DWELLINGS: <br /> Request that the City Engineer clarify C -5 - Parking <br /> Requirements (10.) The maximum driveway angle from <br /> two -way access street shall be ninety (90) degrees; <br /> from a one -way street it shall be thirty (30) degrees; <br /> - That the duplicate C -5 be corrected and all other <br /> sections be re- numbered correctly; <br /> - Add to: <br /> C -6 Landscape provision. <br /> The design shall make use of all land contained in <br /> the site. All of the site shall be related to the <br /> circulation, recreation, screening, building, <br /> storage, landscaping, etc., so that no portion of <br /> the site remains undeveloped. Natural features <br /> worthy of preservation may be left unimproved. <br /> - Amend C -8 - General building or structural <br /> requirements. (12.) <br /> Now Reads: <br /> No air conditioning unit shall protrude from <br /> any exterior wall except to the extent <br /> required for proper functioning. Mr. Wilharber expressed that as long as the <br /> neighbor's were okay with the expansion of the garage he would <br /> not have a problem with the variance request. Mr. Wilharber also <br /> expressed that, in his opinion, the remodeling of the garage <br /> would be an improvement. Mr. Wilharber also expressed <br /> disagreement the Greg Hellings', City Attorney, letter dated <br /> April 10, 1991 regarding Richard W. Tuomi variance request. <br />
