Mr. Wilharber expressed that as long as the <br /> neighbor's were okay with the expansion of the garage he would <br /> not have a problem with the variance request. Mr. Wilharber also <br /> expressed that, in his opinion, the remodeling of the garage <br /> would be an improvement. Mr. Wilharber also expressed <br /> disagreement the Greg Hellings', City Attorney, letter dated <br /> April 10, 1991 regarding Richard W. Tuomi variance request. <br />
